Heat 1/4 cup Sugar in a pan and make it caramelize. Add 1 tbsp water and give it a mix.
Add cream and continue to stirring to mix .
Add rest of 1/4 cup Sugar after cream mix well. Cook another 2 minutes and honey and liquid glucose.
Cook must be on low heat and continueslly stir it.
It becomes thick ( put one drop candy in a bowl of water , if it is solidify then candy is ready) switch off the gas.
Add salt, vanilla essence and butter.
Mix well till butter was mix properly.
Pour caramel candy in butter greased heart shape mould and tap it twice.
Keep aside for 2 hours to set.
De-mould and candy is ready to serve.
