Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 1/4 cup sugar


  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


  • 1/4 cup sugar


  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey


  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp liquid glucose


  • 1/8 tsp ( pinch of ) salt


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Directions

  • Heat 1/4 cup Sugar in a pan and make it caramelize. Add 1 tbsp water and give it a mix.
  • Add cream and continue to stirring to mix .
  • Add rest of 1/4 cup Sugar after cream mix well. Cook another 2 minutes and honey and liquid glucose.
  • Cook must be on low heat and continueslly stir it.
  • It becomes thick ( put one drop candy in a bowl of water , if it is solidify then candy is ready) switch off the gas.
  • Add salt, vanilla essence and butter.
  • Mix well till butter was mix properly.
  • Pour caramel candy in butter greased heart shape mould and tap it twice.
  • Keep aside for 2 hours to set.
  • De-mould and candy is ready to serve.
